These workshops are conducted by the experienced in field personnel. The relationship between personality traits and sports is highlighted during these workshops. The aspects like perfectionism, inventiveness, friendly fairness are also explained and inculcated.
Right Nutrition Intake Talk: We provide Talk Sessions by experts to guide the students about right intake of nutrition. The healthy habits and proper meals to be taken are explained during these sessions. Guidance regarding the benefits of timely intake of meals along with roughage requirements in a healthy body is also given.
Mindfulness Training : The meditation techniques and yoga practices are provided during these mindfulness sessions. The relaxing techniques required to increase the happiness quotient in life are practiced to make these sessions fruitful. This type of training sessions help in increasing the efficiency among students and make them more focused.
